Since its inception in 2005, Eloquent Creations Catering & Design Services has earned a reputation for its warmth, southern hospitality, integrity, impeccable customer service, and flawless attention to every detail.
Our Story
Mrs. Vereda Elliott is the owner of Eloquent Creations Catering & Design Services, a full-service upscale catering business that serves the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Her visits to the finest dining establishments in Rome, London, Paris, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, and the French Riviera have inspired her work.
Strongly influenced by her Grandmother, Mrs. Elliott was taught at an early age that a clean and sanitary kitchen is a “must.” Her quality of service, attention to detail and breathtaking presentations are truly second to none.
Mrs. Elliott has catered fundraising events for the political elite including President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton, Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx, NC Governor Beverly Perdue, members of the Charlotte City Council and many other civic dignitaries. To her credit, Mrs. Elliott is on speed dial to Charlotte’s Who’s Who in the business and social communities.
